Melodee takes a client-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring each session to the couple or individual she is working with. She integrates a range of therapeutic strategies to support meaningful change, with a focus on strengthening relationships, improving communication, and building resilience.
Melodee offers both in-person and virtual therapy to couples, adults, children, and adolescents, with particular experience in relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, addiction, and suicidal ideation. She understands that each person’s experience is unique and creates a space where even the most difficult thoughts and emotions can be explored safely.
Melodee encourages open, honest communication and welcomes feedback to ensure therapy feels aligned with each client’s needs. She fosters a direct yet compassionate environment where clients can express themselves freely without fear of judgment.
The first session is an opportunity to build comfort and determine fit. Melodee creates a calm, welcoming environment where clients—whether individuals, couples, or families—can begin to share at their own pace.
