We offer both in-person appointments and telehealth services throughout the state of California and Colorado. We offer therapy to adolescents and adults.

There is ample, free patient parking, on site.

*In-Person appointments with Brendan are only available in SLO

*In-Person appointments with Barbara are only available in Morro Bay

Initial assessment

This session is always your first session. If you are a new client, please select this option for an initial assessment with us.

60 mins | Get started

Individual therapy

Time designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, behaviours and emotions. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

50 mins | Get started

Family therapy

Time designated for families to explore problematic interpersonal interaction patterns and healthy ways to improve family dynamics. Sessions are 90-minutes in length.

    You will not be billed for appointments cancelled with 24-hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24-hours of your appointment time will be billed in full.
